Refunds

We want you to buy with peace of mind. Our policy is simple and depends on a single moment: whether you have already created your memory or not.

If you paid but haven't yet created or downloaded your memory, we refund 100%, no questions asked. You haven't received anything yet; it's fair that you get your money back.

Once you have created and downloaded your memory, the purchase is final: it is a file already in your possession, forever. Like any digital product delivered instantly, we cannot "undo" the delivery.

With one important exception: if something went wrong — the file doesn't open, it arrives damaged, or the creation failed — we fix it or refund your money. That is not a refund for a change of heart; it is our responsibility to make sure the product works.
